Awka – According to report filed by Tochukwu Uyanwa on Social Media,  “the National Working Committee (NWC) of the the All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) NIGERIA, led by the National Chairman, Chief Victor Umeh, begin final meetings today (May 7, 2015) to address the state of the National Party, and initiate transition programs for a new administration, as their tenure expires this month – May 2015.”

“The NWC meeting will deliberate on the Party’s progress till date, performance at the last elections, and way forward. The NWC will also submit its recommendations to enable a smooth, effective transition and sustained party progress for future Party administrations.”, Uyanwa added.

“The departing NWC’s recommendations would be handed over to the National Leader of the Party and Chairman of its Board of Trustees – His Excellency, Chief Dr. Willie Obiano, Governor of Anambra State, to enable him initiate State Congresses and eventual National Convention to elect new National officers for the party, under his Leadership.

The National Chairman, Chief Sir Victor Umeh OFR, looks forward to a peaceful transition handing over the party reins, and pursuing his Senatorial case at the Election tribunals.”
