Iran Speeds Up Oil Reform While Nigeria Sleeps Chasing Shadow

According to BusinessDay report, the Iranian government has implemented oil reform which resulted in 137 foreign oil firms line up for new contracts in Iran. On the other hand, the government of Buhari is busy sleeping and at best chasing shadow, while their Iran counterpart are currently aiming at 5.7 m bpd production.

It must be noted that NNPC reported that throughout the month of October, the three refineries produced nothing (zero). Meanwhile, the President (Buhari) is the Petroleum minister, a position he arrogated to himself.
